Looking for 3rd roommate for our townhome in Pasadena! We are 2 Christian women who are clean and responsible and looking for someone similar. Sunny bedroom with ceiling fan and mirrored closet doors. You would share the bathroom with one roommate, but there is also a guest half bath. Easy street parking with yearly parking permit, and we have an in-unit washer/dryer. I've lived here 6 years now, and we love the house! Rent is $925 plus about $100 for utilities (gas/wifi/power). Move in May 19.
