Students

What Is Our Vision for Student Ministries?

The next generation transformed by God, renewing families for Christ.

By God’s grace, we exist to gather the next generation to Christ, grow them in Christ, send them to impact their community for Christ, and equip parents to shepherd their youth.

Camp Details:

Location: Hume Lake is located about 67 miles east of Fresno, CA. but don’t worry we’re going to take a charter bus up together so parents you don’t need to worry!

Cost: $780

You can register with a non-refundable $100 deposit to hold the initial spot with the option to pay in increments over the next few months or you can pay in full.  Total balance is due by June 15th. Refunds on the $680 are dependent upon filling your campers spot. If we can fill that open spot with another student, we will refund you the camp registration fee excluding the deposit.  Refunds will not be processed until August. All payments are non-refundable (Covid-19 related cancellations will be fully refunded). There are limited spaces and financial aid is available. If you are experiencing financial hardship and want to register, email jkim@pacificcrossroads.org

Shortly after you have registered, you will receive an email from PCC and another email from Hume Camp asking for information such as allergies and insurance. Please complete these forms as soon as possible.

There will be a “Hume Huddle” scheduled one week prior to leaving. This is a connection point for parents, an opportunity to ask last minute questions, and review departure logistics. Details will follow, please make this huddle a priority!

All students are welcome to invite non-PCC and/or non-churched friends while space is available. We love getting to know our students friends. This is also a great opportunity for someone who might not have a relationship with Jesus to hear the gospel in a safe, warm environment.

We are praying for 4 counselors for each camp.  If you are available and willing to serve as a counselor, come join us. We promise you that it will be tiring, but it’s the BEST TIREDNESS you’ll experience because you’ll have a front row seat to seeing students experience God in BIG ways!

Yes, Joe and Gloria are also going up!

Our Gatherings

In Person

Middle School (6th -9th grade):

We meet on Sunday’s in person at SaMoHi at 10:00am. Come out and worship with us in a student context! All COVID-19 rulers apply (wear a mask and social distancing). If you might have been exposed to COVID-19 please stay home even if you don’t show symptoms. Thank you!

High School:

High School is encouraged to attend to main worship service on Sunday mornings at 10:00am with their families. However, we want to strongly invite all high school students to gather with us right after the worship service (11:15am) for small group discussions and some time to build community.

We are in need for volunteers in student ministries to serve, love, and lead these students to Christ. If you love Jesus and love students, please fill out this interest form and we’ll reach out!

Zoom Office Hours Available:

If you need to meet with Joe, he’s happy to set up a zoom meeting with you, just email him at jkim@pacificcrossroads.org
