Room for Rent - Beverly Hills - Male Roommate

Looking for another guy to fill a room in our 2,500 sq ft house. It's a private room in a great location (WeHo/Beverly Hills) with in-unit laundry, a firepit/backyard patio, and 3 good dudes. We're always travelling so it's likely you'll often have the whole place to yourself.

It's rent-controlled so we have a great price for how big the space is. Move in as soon as you like but we'd prefer to fill the spot by May 1st.
