REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
REGISTRATION: Opens on Sunday, March 16, 2025, at 8:00 am.
Hume Lake Camp cost is $950 per camper if you register by May 31. A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to hold a spot. This includes the cost of the camp, transportation, and counselors. It does not include spending money and optional activities. (NOTE: cost will increase to $1,050 after May 31). There are limited spaces available.
Financial hardship scholarships are available. Please email Daniel (Daniel.Schwertz@pacificcrossroads.org) to inquire.
Shortly after you have registered, you will receive an email from Hume Camp asking for information such as allergies and insurance. Please complete these forms as soon as possible.
There will be a “Hume Huddle” scheduled one week prior to respective camp. This is a connection point for parents, an opportunity to ask any last-minute questions, and review departure logistics. Details will follow. Please make this huddle a priority!
All students are welcome to invite non-PCC and/or non-churched friends while space is available. We love getting to know our students’ friends. This is also a great opportunity for someone who might not have a relationship with Jesus to hear the gospel in a safe, warm environment.
We’re praying for 3-4 counselors for each camp. If you’re available and willing, come join us. I promise you that it’ll be tiring, but it’s the BEST TIREDNESS you’ll experience because you’ll have a front row seat to seeing students experience God in BIG ways!
FAQ:
Will I be refunded if I have to cancel my spot?
There is a non-refundable $150 deposit upon registration. If we can fill your camper’s spot with another student, you will be refunded everything you’ve paid for, aside from the initial deposit. Unfortunately, if we can’t fill your campers spot, we are unable to provide a refund for what you’ve paid. Hume Lake charges us per spot we’ve reserved. Even if we are unable to fill a camper’s spot, we are still required to pay for it.
Why did the price of camp increase from last year?
Hume Lake raises their camp prices every year. Our camp fee includes transportation by bus to and from camp (which the cost of transportation has also increased), plus counselor cost.
I would love to send my child but it’s more than what I can pay. Is there a scholarship available?
We understand that the cost of camp can be expensive and we want to help. You can apply for a Campership, where we award scholarships to students in need. Please contact Daniel (Daniel.Schwertz@pacificcrossroads.org) for more information.

Join us for one of our small discipleship groups that meet midweek in person. Please contact Daniel Schwertz (Daniel.Schwertz@pacificcrossroads.org)) for more information.
