Please dispose of all food and beverages before entering Barnum Hall. Dogs are not allowed on the Samohi campus, except for guide animals.
Parking
Civic Center Garage – Free with Validation
Going west on the 10 Freeway, take the 4th/5th Street exit. At the exit, stay to the left at the fork to merge left onto 4th.
Immediately on your right, you’ll see a multi-colored parking garage (333 Civic Center Drive). To enter the garage, make a right onto Civic Center Drive and make another right at the first stop.
Please pay for parking at a walk-up pay station before returning to your car. Using credit cards at the exits may cause the machines to malfunction or overcharge. Complimentary parking will be offered only at walk-up pay stations from 11:30 am 12:15 pm.
West Side Sunday Morning Children's Classes
Each week we strive to teach our children who Jesus is, what He has done, and what it means to follow Him, praying that God the Holy Spirit will renew their hearts and minds so that they will live for Him.
Newborns to Fifth Graders
On Sundays, we offer a gospel-centered Children’s program at all three worship services, for newborns to 5th graders.
Each child needs to be checked in using our electronic system every Sunday starting at 9:45 am and 4:45 pm. Designated family parking spots are available on both campuses.
West Side Sunday Morning Youth Classes
Junior High
Junior High (6th-8th graders) meets during our Westside service every Sunday (except for the first Sunday of the month).
The youth group is designed to equip our students to build healthy, gospel-centered relationships at home, school, and in their community.
JH youth will go to the auditorium for the beginning of the service, then youth will head to their classroom (B10 right across from the main auditorium) as soon as the offering ends.
High School
Senior High (9th-12th graders) meets after our Westside service every Sunday (except for the first Sunday of the month).
The youth group is designed to equip our students to build healthy, gospel-centered relationships at home, school, and in their community.
HS youth will go to the auditorium for the service, then youth will head to the classroom B10 right across from the main auditorium) as soon as the service ends (Lunch will be provided).
Sunday Youth Connection Time
Youth connection is a gathering for all youth after the 10 am service. This is a regular time for all youth to interact, and for new students to have a place to meet people before attending youth group. (There will be food).
Youth Sunday Serve
The first Sunday of every month in Sunday Serve for all JH and HS students. They can serve in children's ministry or as ushers. There will be no class but we will still have Youth Connection after Sunday service.
