Hi there, my master bedroom is available for rent for a short term or long term (month to month). I'm looking for a Christian brother (my name is Brook but I am a guy) to move in. The apartment is on Montana avenue with a balcony overseeing the street. Asking $2260 or $2350 for both parking spots.

The room/apartment has:
Walk-in closet
Full private bathroom
Up to two tandem garage parking spots
Standing Desk or regular desk

There is laundry and a nice sauna in the basement.
