Ministries & Volunteer Opportunities
Getting involved at Pacific Crossroads is a terrific way to connect with our community. New! The Parking Ministry strives to maximize the use of our parking lots. Supervise a brand new lot and direct cars into appropriate spaces. If you enjoy using walkie-talkies, this ministry may be the right fit for you. Contact Laura at laura @ pacificcrossroads.org. The Welcome Team provides general church information and a warm welcome to everyone coming to Pacific Crossroads. This ministry is ideal for those who enjoy meeting new people and making visitors feel at home. Contact Allen at allen @ pacificcrossroads.org. The Ushers serve the congregation by distributing programs, finding available seating, and collecting the offering. This Ministry needs team players who are capable of balancing assertiveness with graciousness as they seat people. Contact Dave at david @ pacificcrossroads.org. The Fellowship Team builds community by planning and coordinating church activities and fellowship opportunities. This is a great ministry for people who enjoy planning get-togethers. Contact Allison at fellowship @ pacificcrossroads.org. The Children's Ministry cares for the children of Pacific Crossroads by teaching and facilitating children’s Sunday School and Nursery. The Meals Ministry provides meals on a temporary basis to people who are unable to cook for themselves due to pregnancy, sickness or other circumstances. To help provide or receive meals, contact Elise at meals @ pacificcrossroads.org. The Missions Team partners with missionaries and ministries around the world and educates and mobilizes our congregation toward missional opportunities. Pacific Crossroads Counseling Ministry consists of professionally trained therapists who volunteer to meet with those in our church who are working through life issues. For an appointment, contact counseling @ pacificcrossroads.org. Celebrate Recovery: Do you have a hurt, habit or hang-up that prevents you from living the healthy life God intends for you? Celebrate Recovery is a place to experience God’s healing power from addictive and dysfunctional behaviors by sharing experiences, strengths and hopes with one another. Join us on Thursdays at 7:00 p.m. at the church office ( 10351 Santa Monica Blvd., #430 , 90025). Snacks are provided. To participate in our junior and senior high group, contact Raquel at youthgroup @ pacificcrossroads.org. Com Panis groups meet throughout city once a month for a potluck
meal in a host's home. This is a great way to get to know other PCC
people! Groups meet once a month from March to May (each person meets
