Serving with Youth

Thank you for show interest in serving the youth at Pacific Crossroads! It is an amazing opportunity to walk with our youth into adulthood.

Since our ministry involves working with youth, we have some steps to help us make sure we maintain a safe environment for our young people who are placed in our care.

There are multiple ways that you can serve in Youth:

  • Preteen Leader – teaching, equipping, and mentoring 5th and 6th graders
  • Jr. High or High School Hospitality Leader – creating a warm, welcoming, Christ-centered environment for Youth, and helping youth connect with one another.
  • Jr. High or High School Teaching Leader – speaking/teaching, and helping develop teaching lesson and schedule
  • Jr. High or High School Discipleship Leader – developing intentional relationships with youth for discipleship

We ask for a one-year commitment and that you have attended Pacific Crossroads Church for a minimum of six months.

How to start serving with Youth

First, we will need you to complete our Volunteer Application form.

Second, when we have received your application and reviewed it, we will set up a time to meet with you and share more about the Youth program. We will review the safety policies of Youth.

If you have any questions, please email Demetrius Nathan, our Director of Youth, at Demetrius@pacificcrossroads.org.

Looking forward to talking more,

The Youth Team
