What is Hope for LA?
The mercy and justice arm of Crossroads, Hope for Los Angeles® mobilizes volunteers to serve the poor and marginalized through partnerships with organizations across Los Angeles. Volunteers have ongoing opportunities to serve the homeless, tutor and mentor at-risk youth, help people in crisis, and more.
Why do we serve?
We serve our city with love because God first loved us through the person of Jesus Christ. We demonstrate God’s love for others by practically meeting the needs of our neighbors who are struggling.

NEW Hope for LA Resource Card
Are you unsure how to best help people that you encounter who ask for food or money? One way to provide assistance is to point them to local resources that offer things like food, shelter, and ongoing help. Hope for LA has compiled a list of resources that you can point people to. Pick up a resource card from the Hope for LA table after any of our worship services. Keep a few of these cards in your wallet and give them directly to people in need. You can download and view the card by clicking here. This list of resources is also available on the Hope for LA website (click here).
