Serve Our City

Hope for LA

HOPE FOR LOS ANGELES® is Pacific Crossroads Church’s ministry that mobilizes people to serve the poor and marginalized through community organizations in our city.

We support our partner organizations through volunteer programs and service projects as well as funding these programs through collecting donations and holding fundraising events.

We hope for a Los Angeles in which all people experience spiritual, social, and economic flourishing through the demonstration of Christ’s love.

Volunteer to Give Groceries to Elderly – Helping Hands Community

Hope for LA is excited to partner with Helping Hands Community! It’s a new nonprofit organization dedicated to serving those most vulnerable to COVID_19. They have a platform that connects at-risk community members with local volunteers for support with critical errands like grocery shopping or pharmacy visits, enabling them to stay home, safe. They’ve also built this platform with scale in mind. It can work anywhere in the country, so long as there are volunteers signed up and people requesting support through the website. If you have a loved one or know of anyone in your community that would benefit from extra support, please share this initiative with them or place a request on their behalf through the Helping Hands Community website. You can also volunteer to help deliver HERE!
